I went to Hermosa Beach yesterday. should’ve taken my camera with me.

Pier Ave., which leads to the pier and beach, is really nice. Traffic-calmed with angled parking, ada ramps, wide sidewalks, median and bulb-out landscaping, lots of little shops, bars, restaurants, cafes..

This is the intersection just before the pedestrianized block before the pier. “Scramble” ped crossing. very nice. (facing away from pier). photo by bigmikelakers, 18.03.11.
