17 year-old was driving an Escalade at 72mph in a 45mph zone in Concord, made an unsafe lane change, hit and killed a father and his younger daughter, and injured the other daughter, who were cycling on the sidewalk.

why don’t we raise the driving age to voting age.. (and get rid of that stupid typical high school popularity thing with the kids who have cars..) and also enforce no calling/texting, drinking while driving.. you can’t even rent SUVs if you’re under the age of 24!
